Staff access and workspace questions
Contact the workspace manager at shyam.prasad@thevedanta.org for account access, responsibilities, records or local procedure approval. Use your own account; do not use another person’s login.
For a forgotten password, open Staff sign-in and choose “Forgot password?”. If the portal says sign-in is not configured or access is refused, contact the manager rather than creating repeated accounts.
Report a website problem
Include the page address, device/browser, what you were trying to do and the error message. A screenshot can help, but remove names, confidential records and account details first. Never send passwords or sign-in codes.
Find a procedure or form
Use the search at the top of the kitchen dashboard. Try an equipment name, a procedure code such as KP-04, or a task such as cleaning. You can also open the kitchen forms directory.
Why does the dashboard say “Not connected”?
The dashboard is currently a directory and planning workspace. It does not read live operational records. Blank figures mean no verified information is loaded here, not that a check passed or failed.
